Mad March.........Winter is very much still here

Took a blast around the original Portes du Soleil circuit today and encountered beautiful clear blue skies, White-out cloud and Freezing fog, all in one afternoon on the mountain, came home with frost in my hair and a big grin - does that make me weird?.

Conditions on the empty pistes are still great, helped by a dusting if fresh snow and slightly warmer temperatures, off-piste is challenging with a frozen base except for some north facing slopes which are still skiing well and more manageable. Sun is shining this-morning so now I have unfrozen the minibus door it's....'Happy Days'.................
